the SACD demo disc in London with the LSO. Image 4 is from Supergirl, Jerry is
pictured between Ilya Salkind and Jeannot Szwarc. Image 9 is of Jerry receiving
his honouree doctorate from Berklee. Image 12 is Jerry with actor/director
Jonathan Frakes (Star Trek First Contact). Picture 13 is Jerry at the
Rambo II sessions. Picture 14 is Jerry conducting the National Philharmonic
Orchestra for A Streetcar Named Desire Varese re-recording at Whitfield
