Jerry's Recall
Produced by the late Yasuhiro
Wada for his company; SLC - who were licensed to release Varese
product in Japan. This rare two disc collection of music culled
from the Varese library does feature some rare gems from now
deleted titles such as Link and Runaway, though
this disc is now so hard to get it defeats the object of trying
to own it over those deleted titles!
Strictly for the die hard fans, this package predominantly features
music we all have and of late some of these titles have been
expanded upon so are some what redundant.
As with most Japanese soundtracks this two disc set is nicely
packaged with gold coloured CDs and the use of Goldsmith's signature
as credit. A good looking booklet though not surprisingly this
is in Japanese. Still the majority of the packaging is in English
and no doubt was purchased by a lot of collectors outside Japan,
even though the discs were never meant to appear any where. |
